The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

A requirement for anyone hoping to get the Saudi experience.

Driver was 20 minutes late arriving for pick up, no introduction to who he was and driver did not speak English.
Driver returned to pick up point after 10 minutes on the road driving citing a missing passenger, no other passenger boarded the vehicle, this making us nearly an hour late departing.
Driver was constantly using his mobile phone to answer calls, make calls and texting while driving, all of these involved the driver not driving with due care and attention.
Driver drove in excess of 140km/h taking photographs on his phone and saying 'snap chat'. Driver did not use the steering wheel during this time. He was in the fast lane of the motorway, driving very close to the vehicles in front. He undertook several vehicles on the hard shoulder.
Both myself and the two Italian tourists in the vehicle asked him 4 times to reduce his speed as we feared for our safety and the safety of other road users
Stopped at a camel pen for 20 minutes, presumably to take photographs, no explanation given.
Arrived at a camp, no explanation from the driver as what we were doing. He then drove off and left us in the middle of the desert for over 50minutes, no explanation given, our belongings were in the vehicle.
Driver finally returned, no apology or explanation given, we were left doing nothing.
It was nearly dark now, the Italian tourists and myself had to ask him to take us to the dunes. We spent 20minutes on the dunes to try and get some pictures.
Returned to the camp for a meal.
Stayed at the camp for 40minutes but as we had been delayed previously we hsd to leave for Riyadh at 7pm as we had drivers from our hotels picking us up from the pick up point at 8pm as this was the time the tour operator had given.
Once again the driver drove back to Riyadh with very loud music playing in the car, driving in excess of 120km/h and no attention to other road users. Driver was asked a further three times to slow down as we all feared for our safety.
There are several concerns here mainly due to the driving without due care and attention on the motorway, the lack of organisation, the lack of clarity and expectation.
The trip cost over £169 which was a total waste of time and money, therefore a refund is requested. I have escalated this with Trip Advisor with phone calls and a written complaint but am still waiting a response back from them with a satisfactory outcome.

Slecht bereikbaar door onmogelijk dure verbinding maar ondertussen worden de twee activiteiten die op ochtend en middag waren gepland ineens beide op de middag uitgevoerd. Alles gedaan om dit vroegtijdig te wijzigen maar tour guide stuurt doodleuk dat hij staat te wachten terwijl we met de origineel geplande activiteit waren gestart

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
