The whole process was super easy and hassle free. We were getting picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel. They reached out to me before our trip to confirm, which put me at ease. When we exited the airport, the driver was right there with a sign. No wandering around trying to figure out where to get picked up. Highly recommend.
