The meeting point is inside the door immediately next to the Rainbow Room. The Viator instructs that it is between 5th and 6th Streets. This is way too vague! But once you finally find the starting point, the tour is extremely informative about stuff you didn't know that you wanted to know!

Must do breathtaking panoramic view day and night I did both .... Take the time to stroll along the route to appreciate the building and its history
