10/10 would recommend. We booked late the night before because our other tour canceled on us. We ended up having a private class and we had so much fun! The host was funny and super engaging! He helped us when we needed it and we had wine and lemon chello with our pasta and tiramisu. A great time in a great location! Waiting on the recipes via email so we can make the pasta at home

My 15 year old grandson and I loved this class. He was very excited to learn that making pasta was so easy. Chef Paolo was entertaining and informative and we learned a lot. Can't wait to try it all at home!
