We had a great time!
It was a very convenient location, on pizza Navona. Everything was provided and already set up. All the equipment, ingredients and apron. Federico was personable with very good English. He brought a lot of good energy, gave clear and simple instructions and made everything look easy. We started at 10:30am, we had a hands-on masterclass on how to make tiramisu and pasta dough, which we used to form fettucine and ravioli. After the class, we handed over our pasta to the kitchen and choose which sauce they'd like to prepare it for us. We then sat down for lunch where a glass a of wine was included. We left the entire thing at 2pm.
