Hands down, this was our favorite experience in Rome! We did a class with a group of friends (adults and teens) and everyone had a fantastic time. Gianni is incredibly kind, informative, and he has the best sense of humor. He did such a great job of getting everyone involved. It was a very hands-on class and we all walked away feeling like accomplished chefs after making delicious artichokes, two types of pasta with homemade sauces and tiramisu. He also had proseco and wine flowing throughout the class and we all shared a family style meal together at the end. Amazing and cannot recommend this experience more!

Cesare was so welcoming and informative throughout the entire evening. We learned an incredible amount about Italian cooking and Cesare shared tips and tricks as we prepared the meal. He also helped us perfect our technique, from preparing an artichoke to perfectly making pasta. The food was incredible, of course, and we would recommend this to anyone looking to take an Italian cooking class!
