The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and telephone number while abroad.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
When arriving into Rome on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
A maximum of 6 people per booking
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

After a long flight from DC to Rome, we were greeted by our friendly driver who was easy to find with a large sign, helped with our luggage, led to a comfortable & clean van with refreshments provided and enjoyed a smooth ride to our hotel.

Driver showed up 45 minutes late. Had to contact by text and phone several times to make sure the pickup would happen.

Our driver was wonderful. He was there when we arrived. Due to mixup by our Travel Agent he was looking for 4 people instead of just us two. Would not proceed until he was sure. Good attention to detail. Gave us good info on our way to the hotel.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
