Può essere il miglior modo per girare la città risparmiando tempo ed energie. Il tour è ben organizzato, il personale è disponibile e gli orari sono rispettati. Prezzi ragionevoli. Consigliato.

With only 1 afternoon in Rome, we paid 50 euros for 2 tickets at 5:30 pm, and were told the tickets were good through the evening including the night tour at 8:30 pm. It turned out that wasn't the case at all, & I learned each Big Bus kiosk has no relation to the others which means there is zero customer service when you realize you've been cheated out of a fair amount of money. We got on at stop #3 Coliseum, the bus didn't follow its route or cross the Tiber as per the map, instead it stopped at 7 pm at Termini where everyone was required to leave the bus. I'd been told we could ride the route however we liked- we hadn't even done a complete circuit. I was told I could take the 8:30 night bus, requiring we eat dinner near the main train station which no one really wants to do in Rome. After paying $50 already I didn't want to spend more $ moving around the city just for dinner. We were back at Big Bus at 8:15 pm for the 8:30 night tour. Surprise- there were more folks than room in the bus which has very few seats inside, and they don't let you stand ( I asked). So despite owning many buses and only night tours out of Termini, they provide only 2 buses for approx. 75 people, and require the extra folks to wait 1 extra hour for a 9:30 bus. I asked for a refund, didn't get one. And by the way the entire outfit is run by Indians or Bangladeshis. If you don't enjoy getting ripped off I'd go with one of the other tour bus co's. This one's a scam for the 1 day tour, and the glowing reviews are probably fakes.
