Learn how to cook classic Italian dishes in the heart of Trastevere, an authentic Rome neighborhood. After a market visit to Campo de' Fiori to buy ingredients, head to a private apartment for your class. With the guidance of one of our professional and qualified Chefs, you’ll make three types of pasta with 3 different sauces (or fillings)for a total of 4/5 courses served that can include antipasto, a meat course and dessert . The amount of courses will depend on what we choose to do once at the . Numbers are limited to 10 people for a small-group experience.

Highly recommend this cooking class with Federico. The food was excellent and Federico's passion for Italian cooking definitely shined through. It was fun to start the day at the famous market and then proceed to his kitchen which was tucked away, just a few steps away. So much fun cooking a 3-4 course meal and enjoy nice wine with some (new) friends. By the end, we were stuffed! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time and would do this again. We had fun, the chef was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot and she explained in detail and why. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a cooking school in Rome, please book this class.

Best way to spend a day in Rome! We loved every minute of the class and the food was amazing. We learned all kinds of techniques and several recipes and will definitely use them at home! Highly recommend!
