  • Cinecitta Si Mostra - Shows Off, Rome, Italy
    The new exhibition welcomes you with famous quotes from Italian movie screenplays produced here. The first room is dedicated to the world of set design and is set up as a prop shop – a place where set designers go to retrieve objects to decorate sets. The second room is a tribute to the set for Rome, the major American TV series shot at Cinecittà (2005) in one of the largest and most impressive sets built in recent history. Your tour continues through the real set that reproduces an eighteenth century atmosphere built for the mockumentary Post, produced by CSC Production to reveal some of the secrets of Post Production. You'll see the mockumentary in the next room. The last two rooms are dedicated to the world of costume design, a very important part of the film industry. The new selection of clothes and accessories was chosen to give more emphasis to both Italian creative activities and games designed to bring children closer to the world of film.

  • You must print and present Weekend in Italy confirmation voucher in order to redeem your tickets at the moment of the visit.

    DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH VIATOR. We got there, the lady on the desk knew nothing about any contract with Viator. There was no tour and she said we had been grossly overcharged as it was only 10 euros entry. We are in the process of taking this further but haven’t heard anything back in two days. Someone somewhere has our money!

    Really poor. We got there and there was no guide. We spoke to the woman on the front desk and she said the tickets weren’t valid and that we had been grossly over charged as it was 10 euros entry fee. I have contacted in regards to a refund but it has not been resolved.

    Un endroit à faire absolument si vous êtes à Rome. la visite nous plonge dans l' univers du cinéma Italien mais aussi contemporain. Décors éphémères ou permanents, studios, scènes tournées sur place , acteurs et actrices légendaires, costumes truquages... Nous avons beaucoup aimé. A réserver sur le site Cineccita à ne pas confondre avec Cineccita World qui est un parc d'attraction0
