Your family will explore with me the Colosseum and have a lot of fun! Your kids will learn so much and they will stand where the gladiators and the ancient romans stood, in the largest amphitheatre in of the Roman Empire world, inaugurated in 80 A.D. The group will be divided in teams and we will play a very interactive game: with scores, questions and a final prize for winners! The experience will be 1.5 hours long: adults and children will have fun and collect great family memories for years to come!

We toured the Colosseum with Maria Claudia. Our kids are 10 and 8. It was their favorite part of our trip to Italy. Maria Claudia was knowledgeable, engaging and an all around sweet person. She even had prizes for our kids. I can not recommend her enough.

Our time in Rome was (too) short, but our best decision was booking our tour of the Colosseum with Mariaclaudia. Our tour guide was Alessandra, and she was absolutely fantastic with our four boys (ages 11, 10, 8, and 6.) They loved her and we wished we could have spent our entire trip learning from her. The tour was engaging and she made the history fascinating and exciting. The boys loved her games and activities, and we all loved her warmth and kindness. She represented the best of Rome and we would absolutely make this decision again. We sincerely would love our paths to cross again. Do not hesitate to book with Mariaclaudia. She was responsive and all of the stellar reviews back up our own experience. We were so happy someone else’s cancellation allowed us to book!

Mariaclaudia came highly recommended from a travel group I joined to prepare for our trip to Italy. I am so glad I followed their advice and engaged her for a tour of the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. Mariaclaudia is so fun and playful with the kids, even making the tours a competition between kids and parents. I traveled with my 10 and 13 year old sons. She can sense when energy is dropping and is great at engaging and pulling them back in. My sons still say her tours were a highlight of the trip to Italy and wish we could've brought her with us to other cities we visited! She is an expert tour guide and so passionate about her city and art history. Both of my sons remember a lot about the places we visited --it was so much more memorable than just walking around without guidance. I would recommend her tours to anyone traveling to Rome with their family-- the parents will learn a lot too!
