  • Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
  • In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Marco was great in explaining the features of the Colosseum with great enthusiasm. I think the tour was definitely worth it as we usually never did guided tours and this was really good.

Booked this tour as the reviews were good. No sooner had we booked and paid for the trip, it was cancelled two hours later with no other option to rebook. We were supposed to go in May but didn't go with Trip Advisor or Viator's who they sub contracted this trip to. Rubbish service.

I am sorry to say that even though I really liked the guide, his English was spoken with very heavy Italian accent and it was VERY hard for me (and others around me - I confirmed it by asking several people around who had apparently lost an interest in listening to the guide for the same reason as me) to understand him.
