Our tour was scheduled for 9:30am. We arrived 20 minutes early and were told we had been bumped to the 11am tour. That was just the beginning. Completely disorganized. The 11am tour actually starts at 11:30 according to our tour guide Allesandro. Skip the line is a joke. You're crowded in with a bunch of other tours. Allesandro tried hard but 1/3 of the tour but a large number of guests decided to leave halfway through.

Would have liked to spend more time at the Colosseum, it was very quick. Our tour guide was good, would have been nice if she had a flag that we could have kept track of her, she was a very small woman. She had a black umbrella that she used instead of a flag. She was knowledgeable, and had fantastic pictures that helped us understand what we were seeing.
