  • Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior the scheduled departure time due to managing and organization reasons.
  • Please be advised that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
  • In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.
  • Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with ‘Skip the Line’ access.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

We booked last minute as had great difficulty even trying to book two tickets to the Colosseum and Forum on the official site. The price was 45 euros each. Really cheap compared to others. We were not expecting much but boy were we surprised. Our guide, Marco, well what can we say? Highly personable and friendly? Yes! Outstandingly knowledgeable. Absolutely! However, he was more than that. At the end of the tour he took time out to show my partner and I parts of the Palatine Hill in his own time when all we had asked for were directions!! He exudes the dedication and knowledge only someone really passionate about their subject has! I have been on one guided tour of the Colosseum and Forum before with another company and thought it was good. This was better! Much better. Two reasons. First, this one started at the Colosseum which meant we could wander through the Forum and Palatine at our leisure at the end of the tour. The other ended at the Colosseum and that was it! Second, was Marco. Marco’s knowledge is that good, not just of these areas but he also recommending churches and where we could view a Caravaggio near we were we staying Piazza Navona(the Church of St. Louis of the French). Would recommend taking a tour guide otherwise you will miss so much. Absolutely recommend Marco and Italy in Love Tours. Thank you Marco!
