Excellent day trip. Great taste of other regions of Itlay. Time is short but well organised. The coach was comfortable so got plenty of rest for a early start and return

A lot of walking but with it. Be prepared to do some extensive walking in the heat with lots of water, and good talking shoes

My family and I loved this day trip! We had limited time in Rome but really wanted to see Pompeii and Amalfi Coast and this was the perfect tour for that. Our guide gave great commentary on the drive down and our guide Sasha at Pompeii taught us so much about the ancient site - my kids loved it! Of our afternoon in Positano was beautiful and we got great lunch next to the beach. I enjoyed having the downtime on the way back. It was nice to have someone else driving! I would recommend this to anyone trying to see a lot in one day from Rome as it's worth getting out of the city.
