We bought a 48 hour ticket and it expired within 24 hours so they would not let us on tour. The tixket office was shut as weekend. And ticket ls said expired. Tour bus operator could not help. Viator was not helpful to our plight and refused refund. I strongly say avoid Greenline Hop on Hop off buses. Arrogant and poor customer service.

The green busses didn’t have a roof which would have been appreciated given the incredibly hot temperatures. The boarding procedures were cumbersome and lengthy with the hosts having to hand write receipts which caused needless lineups.
