My family reserved a Small Group Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel tour many months ago and we just got an email less than 1 week before our tour that it is now cancelled. It is now too late to even get tickets to the Vatican. My father is 80 and will unfortunately, not be able to come back after this trip. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Do not use this company.

Elisa was our tour guide through the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St Peter’s Basilica. She was incredibly kind, passionate, and so knowledgeable about the art, artists, architecture, history, and so much more! She was contentious of keeping the whole group of about 25 people together, even learning our names! I’m so grateful she was our guide through such a vast place with so much history! This was a great tour. Well worth it. We went in May of 2023. It is a skip the line tour of the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican City museums. Elisa was a great guide and made sure we all learned something from the tour, as well as making sure we stuck together so we wouldn't lose each other in the highly crowded Vatican Museum. As a first time visitor to Europe, this is a must-see, and you should definitely invest in this tour company.
