You can enter without doing a really long (1-2h) queue. Getting the ticket in advance saves you a lot of money. The only service offered is the line skip and that they get the ticket for you. Anyway, the crew is really helpful and sympathic. If you decide to go last minute, definitvely chose this option.

Cuando llegamos el local estaba cerrado. Nos comunicamos por tel. en español, francés y cuando lo hicimos en Inglés nos dijo " si no sabes inglés is Dead" . Apareció de muy mal humor maltratandonos sin mirarnos nos "atendió". Dos amigos compraron ticket con él ya q en esta app no había lugar. No le dieron ningún comprobante habiendo pagado 37 euros cada uno( en esta app costo 57). Al pedir la factura se molesto y nos gritó. Después apareció otro joven a quien tuvimos q seguir hasta el Museo sintiendo poca confianza con la situación. El ticket en la puerta costaba 17 euros, lamentablemente el resto de más q pagamos ( 120 euros en total) ni siquiera correspondia a un audioguía. Creo q el costo fue excesivo y existió una agresión verbal gratuita. La cual no recuerdo haber recibido en mi vida.
