    This class on GF cooking was the best part of our trip to Roma. It was easy because of our coordinator. She made the experience from a 4 star to a 5 star event. The restaurant was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. The owner of the restaurant even walked us to the bus stop and rode with us. A great event that we will remember.

    The cook we had couldn't speak english which was frustrating she could understand though. It was at someones house which was a bit weird and the length of travel on train was a bit far from the main city location especially when we had to find our own way back.
