The Basilica is often subject to sudden closures. In these cases it is not possible to guarantee access to the Basilica. Estimated time entrance in the museum is 45 minutes after tour departure, because you will have to pass the security check.

Skipping the line was great. Tour guide was great. Would liked to have seen more Egyptian collection.

We liked the skip the line but were astounded and very disappointed that you had to be separated from the tour due to being in a wheelchair. We were never told in advance that taking the tour when in a wheelchair wasn’t possible. We had to go on our own with a device that was ineffective. Numbering system was inaccurate and sometimes numbers didn’t exist. I beg you to find ways to be more inclusive for those with disabilities.

Tour guide never showed up for our tour, eventually after waiting 1 hour another person showed up and explained the owner had an emergency and he was filling in. Terrible communication while we waited over an hour. Use another company, there are plenty of options.
