Guided tour booked for Bank Holiday Monday. Turned up early as requested with my teen. Only to discover that the office where to collect the tickets was closed and that in fact there wouldn’t be any trips into the Vatican as Easter Monday. Totally spoilt the trip as really looking forward to this trip with my daughter. Left stranded. Having to find something else to do at extra cost. Absolutely fuming doesn’t even come close!
