Was canceled with no notification. I had to call and request a refund. Have no confidence that it would have happened had I not taken the steps. First outing booked through Trip Advisor - not a great first impression

Our guide was wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a great way to round out our journey and we thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of the experience.
