On this exclusive, half-day excursion, you’ll head to the panoramic Castelli Romani - a set of picturesque towns overlooking metropolitan Rome - for a wine tasting/ olive oil tasting and Pasta (or Pizza) -making workshop. First, tour the vineyards and cellars of Antico Casale, and sample three varieties of regional Italian wine. We honestly had very high expectations for this given the price and they did not disappoint! From the ride over to the tour, to making the pasta and wine tasting we had a blast. The chef made the experience fun and entertaining and the staff’s knowledge was both enlightening and fascinating. We learned a lot and got what felt like an authentic experience. Would highly recommend
