The operator needs better training of staff and customer service. I also question the value for money.

Did exactly what it said it would! Reminder the night before with exact details where to meet.. Massively long queues outside & people everywhere. We skipped the queue with our guides help, through security quickly , waited a short time while they went & got our tickets. Explained where we needed to go & left us to our own devices to roam the Vatican museum & onto the Sistine Chapel. Perfect !
