But if you want more, how about taking a good look around a local market to learn about the products used in our recipes? Join us for a stroll to the Nomentano Market, where you'll discover the freshest ingredients straight from local shops. Back to our kitchen known as “Kitchen of Mamma” you will discover the secrets to a perfect dough, how to cook delicious fillings and authentic sauces. Savor every moment with a glass of wine while you listen to fascinating Italian stories. To top off the complete Italian experience, coffee and limoncello are on us.

Marco was fantastic from our walking to the market to get our ingredients to the completion of a scrumptious Pasta & Mushroom meal! We laughed and learned so much! We really feel we can make our own pasta now here at home! I just got my 00 Flour in the mail today! Grazie Mille!!!
