Join us for a stroll to the Nomentano Market, where you'll discover the freshest ingredients straight from local shops. Back to our kitchen known as “Kitchen of Mamma” you will discover the secrets to a perfect dough, how to cook delicious fillings and authentic sauces. Savor every moment with a glass of wine while you listen to fascinating Italian stories. To top off the complete Italian experience, coffee and limoncello are on us.

The class was excellent! Place is well located and Marco was exceptional. The visit to the market even though in August and the fresh produced significantly helped on setting the mood. The class was well structured and the food itself was really good. Recommended 100%

Shamefully, the chef decided to not show up as I was the only person signed up for the tour. I believe the larger group canceled at the last minute, however, I woke up early to arrive on time for my tour. My time is my most valuable asset, therefore, have the courtesy to respect that.
