I went on the Coffee Tasting and Cupping Experience a week ago and was blown away. It was so fun and so informative! Giulio is a wealth of knowledge on all things Rome and coffee, having worked in this industry for years now. I knew very little about coffee going in but he literally opened me up to a whole new world and taught me so many things about coffee (most facts I knew prior were totally wrong which so this was pretty fascinating to me). And the best part was at the end when you are actually taught how to make a cappuccino! Coffee lover or not - this experience is really unique and a must if you are visiting Rome.
