Had a great time! Mattia was our chef instructor and he was full of good advice and tips. I am not a baker so I got an education on types of flour, how yeast works, water and flour ratios and more. Mattia was very patient with our “amateur” efforts at pizza dough making ????. He has a great sense of humor and made the class super fun. There were 12 people in the class, both young (kids) and older folks. All levels of experience welcome-I had never made pizza dough before and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend this class.
PS. The pizza and tiramisu turned out yummy!
