Our experience was very disappointing. The tour guide was late and when he finally arrived he said he does not work for Viator anymore and advised us he cancelled our tour. He informed us that we would get a full refund from Viator. He then proceeded to explain he would look after us and tried to sell us the same tour directly. By this point we did not feel comfortable getting in a car with him. Unfortunately we did not get to see Orvieto or Civita di Bagnoregio. Very disappointed customers!

Don't use this tour group. The tour operator no showed and then cancelled the tour after multiple calls being 30 minutes late for pickup. The tour operator said he had a disagreement with Viator because they owed him money so he would not do business with them again. WE ENDED UP PAYING THE PRICE! Now we are in Rome and have no tour from our ship. Very Unprofessional. He cancelled the tour 30 minutes after scheduled pick up. Viator needs to have an agreement with their vendors so they cannot leave customers stranded!
