I bought this tour hoping to have the most wonderful experience of my life but ended so disappointed. This company sold tickets online after hours and still wanted you to redeem your voucher and exchanges it for your ticket. I have to meet my tour guide at 7:30 but theirs office opens at 9:00. I tried to contact them and automatic machine keep sending me the same messages and nobody got in touch with me before the event. After the event, I started being bombarded with messages to give them my feedback.
