Pasta Making and Tiramisù Cooking Class in Rome

As an Italian attending an Italian cooking masterclass my expectations were as high as my eyebrows trying to spot any flaws in this package. Well I have to admit this was indeed a perfect, flawless and fun experience from start till the end. Staff is highly trained, scientific, methodical in their teachings and preparations while also passionate and full of trivia as you would expect from true local culinary masters. Ingredients were of the highest quality, the place is super classy and elegant and you will find precious guests to share the fun. As a Roman in Rome I can’t recommend any better if you want to experience a cooking school that is fun yet informative without being cliche’. Big shout to my host Davide and his amazing attention to details. Ottima scuola di cucina con un team molto preparato, attrezzatura di altissima qualità cosi’ come gli ingredienti con cui abbiamo cucinato e mangiato. E’ stato divertente imparare a fare la pasta in compagnia e apprezzare tecniche di cucina professionali in un ambiente raffinato ed elegante. Raccomando vivamente a tutti di provarlo, ancora meglio se accompagnati!

I phoned up before booking to ask if this pasta lesson could be tailored to my business needs. The answer was yes, and Marino was very helpful in promptly giving me all the details, so I was able to book quickly and straightforwardly. I had a one-to-one lesson on four pasta types with Davide. He was absolutely great! He showed genuine interest in my business concept and really shaped the lesson around it, while at the same time making the experience super fun - from the recipes to the cooking, from the delivery to the eating, the chef showed to be very knowledgeable, competent and super friendly. Thank you so much @Davide, for your time and your tips! Also, the location is gorgeous. All in all, an experience I thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend for anyone with a passion for food, cooking and Italian eating traditions!
