Our family group consisted of us two grandparents and our 13 year old grandson. The rest of the class was a mixed group with some older teens and young couples. We had a ball, and our grandson, who said he wasn't very good with cooking, was a champ with the pasta machine, and absorbed a lot of the cooking tips. We took a similar class with this company several years ago with a granddaughter, and the quality of the instruction and the organization was excellent both time. The Chef and his assistants were very friendly as well as efficient. Highly recommend.

The joy of Italian food was exhibited at this brilliant cooking class !!! It was fun, instructive, lots of explanations, I was a solo traveller - but not for long - as the group just talked and chatted and all of a sudden pasta was being made and tiramisu was made - the journey was a great break in a very busy Rome. You are greeted by lovely staff who welcome you with a massive smile and perfect English - Grazie Mille for your welcoming !! Then we were lucky to have Max as our chef - just so affable, brilliant, bowls are in front of you and explanations provided and within a few minutes the cooking commences - oh we were also greeted with Prosecco and nibbles - this is such a happy convivial environment and at the end of the lesson we sit down and our meal is served along with a superb frascati white wine - dry and perfecto !! If you have 3 hrs and want a superb experience in Roma - book and go !!! You will not regret !! Thank you so much - buon appetito
