As a prelude to this class, your English-speaking chef will welcome you to the school with a prosecco and antipasti reception. Your class then commences as you learn all the know-how for mixing, kneading, rolling, and topping the perfect pizza. We use only the best fresh ingredients to adorn your pizzas: seasoned salami, delicious mushrooms, or perhaps some gorgeous figs and prosciutto. The choice is endless! While your pizza is in the oven, you'll be taught how to make creamy, dreamy gelato from a number of available flavors - the perfect culinary companion to your crispy, crunchy pizza. Your class concludes in our beautiful converted dining room where you'll get to indulge in your creations.

Such a wonderful cooking experience with our family. Our boys loved the hands on cooking and Chef David was a fantastic instructor! A must try when in Rome!

Davide was a star, in fact 5 stars! Authentic, bright, cares about his culinary heritage and knows so much about every detail, the provenance, the quality of Italian food. I can’t recommend him enough. Easy enough for kids to be involved and complex enough for foodies to love-because every time I asked a question Davide would have a perfect, comprehensive answer. He even stayed behind and showed me how to make gluten free gnocchi for my cealiac relative. Above and beyond the call of duty for sure. Loved everything, was delicious. And I’m not into touristy things.
