In this hands-on cooking class Chef Andrea will teach and guide you in creating a 4 course Italian meal. All recipes are made from scratch from seasonal ingredients and small antidotes are given along the way to understand why Italians cook the way they do. All ages and skill levels are welcome and any one with a special diet can be accommodated, just let us know before-hand. Once the food is prepared and ready, you will sit and enjoy your creations with a glass of wine selected for each dish. After the class all the recipes made will be emailed out so you are able to take a piece of Rome home with you! Come and join us! We look forward to it!

Cooking class for a 5 course meal was fun and we learned a lot, then were able to enjoy the food that the group prepared in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Homemade pasta, homemade sauces from the tomatoes, artichokes (!!). Chef Andrea made the whole experience fun and explained the context of what we were preparing every step of the way. Our teen who is a budding chef enjoyed every second! One of the highlights of our entire Rome vacation!

My wife, kids (age 11 and 8), and I had a wonderful time learning about Roman cooking from Chef Andrea. We got a fun education on what goes into Italian cooking, and what dishes are local to Rome. We made 4 types of bruschetta, tonnarelli alla puttanesca, meatballs in a different tomato sauce, and an apple crumble dessert. I could tell from the pictures on their website that kids were welcome, but did not know just how kid-friendly the experience would be. It turns out Chef Andrea did an amazing job engaging the kids and keeping them entertained and involved throughout. My wife is a great cook and my daughter loves to help, but going into this we joked my son and I were more interested in the eating than the cooking! However in the end, we both really got into the cooking as well and had a blast! This was a very personal way to learn about Rome and felt like our family had made local friends. Thank you so much Chef Andrea for making this one of the highlights of our trip!

Family of five has an absolute blast and learned a ton from Chef Andrea about Roman cooking, baking bread, pasta making, Italian culture, and even about picking and using produce properly. It’s money spent. Phenomenal use of a vacation day. If you’re remotely considering a cooking class, do this one. And ask lots of questions! You’ll never have a better opportunity to learn!
