We booked transfers to and from the Rome airport to our rental apartments. The drivers reached out to confirm pickup details beforehand, arrived on time, and were professional. I’d definitely use again.

Yo pague una tarifa para mini van y me enviaron un Mercedes Benz incomodisimo. Escribi un email para confirmar el recogido y me refirieron a 3 personas diferentes. Luego de varias llamadas frustrante me atendio una joven muy amable que due quien me explicó que Elfie contactaba a la cooperativa de transporte de la ciudad pero no especifico que auto era. Notifique que el vuelo llegana 1 hora mas tarde por retraso de Delta y aum asi el chofer llego 30 minutos mas tarde a recogernos. El regreso due muy distinto porque el chofer llego a tiempo y en una minivan muy cómoda. El problema es que cuando tu llegas a algun pais necesitas tener la tranquilidad de que tu transporte este listo no tener esta preocupación de que te pasan de una persona a otra.
