Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

On 6-23 at 2:59 AM my reservation # 860679858 from Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia Port with Rome tour was cancelled without explanation. This is less than 36 hours b4 I depart home. I called Viator and was rebooked on reservation #899765942. No explanation was made but the price changed from $700.80 to $910.08 on the new reservation. Why didn't Viator rebook me with another tour operator without me having to call you? Why no explanation of why I was cancelled.? Clearly Viator or your vendors are not reliable. I will try to book with your competitors in the future.

Our driver was right there waiting as we exited baggage claim! We enjoyed our ride to the port to catch our cruise, but unfortunately, the port was closed due to rough seas. He went above and beyond to help us find out any information we could get from the port and took us to the train station to wait, in case we had to head to the next port of call.

Not much to tell about this as it was perfect. Driver met us at the luggage counter and drove us directly to the port in a timely manner.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
