In case of being an arrival transfer please send us your cruise details at the time of booking. Driver will be waiting for you and your party in the cruise port at the required time. In case of a departure transfer please let us know as well the pick up address in Rome and as well your cruise details to arrange the pick up time correctly. All our drivers and professional and our vehicles are licensed to operate in the city of Rome. In case you book a daily roundtrip, please provide desired pick up time at the port, and desired time you would like to be back at the port. Roundtrip transfer does not include vehicle disposition during your time in Rome. In case you book a shore excursion, please provide desired pick up time at the port, and desired time you would like to be back at the port. Remember the 5 hour disposition is INSIDE the city of Rome.

We had 7 people with 8 check in luggages and 7 carry-on...The company sent us a mini van with 8 seats but no room for our 7 carry-on luggages. We were end up to put All of our 7 carry-on luggages in front of our seats with no room for our legs. We felt like stucking in the tiny box. Terrible service :-/

Driver was punctual. he came in a van which more than accommodated all our luggage. We enjoyed his moderating sights along the way & his little tidbits on places of interest. The service was very appropriately priced for the distance & four passengers,
