Our transfer was on time and did a wonderful job. My only criticism is that they need to communicate with the customer before hand.

Notre chauffeur a été parfait. Au-delà de sa mission de transporteur, il a adjoint des commentaires sur des lieux de Rome tel un guide touristique. Véhicule très confort très propre. Prise en charge au pied de l’hôtel avec respect de l’horaire (même légèrement en avance). Conduite très prudente. Bilan très positif pour ce transfert. Seul ombre au tableau, le prix de la course excessif. La société à l’aller courait 62€ contre 100€ Cordialement Patrick chatelin

The driver was on time and very polite. Excellent service. Very trust worthy. I would highly recomend Viator and will use their service next time I travel.
