  • Occasionally the basilica may be closed due to last minute private events outside of the tour operators control and often without notice. In these uncommon circumstances the tour will operate as usual and the time spent inside the basilica will be made up elsewhere on the tour
  • Please note that tours selected on Wednesday mornings at 10 am can be periodically effected by the closure of St Peter's Basilica due to last minute decisions by the Vatican. Please be insured the lost time will be compensated with other areas of the museums.
  • Not recommended for travelers with severe mobility issues

    First of all we want to thank Michela so much for being such a great and wonderful guide and who also always took in condsideration of my mum who could not walk fast.Her explanations of the history and information of each room ,painting ,and more were so detailed that she captivated even my nieces and nephews attention.It was Good Fri and the vatican was packed but Michela managed to get us into private prayer areas where we felt like we were the only ones in the vatican .This was important to us as we wanted to spend sometime in prayer and my mum got to go for confession, she got a priest to bless my rosaries and holy items and also got our whole family blessed in the vatican .I only wished she was with us longer .That said I will surely asked for her for my next visit or visits and recommend her to all my friend .Thank you once again for everything.     We booked this early access tour - it meant getting up early and there were still some lines but we avoided most of the crowds. It was great to have a private tour and we were allowed into some restricted areas. Valentina was excellent, very knowledgable and we enjoyed very interesting discussions about the politics of, and life in, ancient Rome as well as seeing the Vatican museums. Stronly recommended.
