    We got stuck in Rome for a week with an 8 year-old grandson whose passport had been lost. He was interested in the Vatican, especially the painting in the Sistine Chapel of God and Adam with arms outstretched and fingers almost touching. We knew that queues could be long and the history boring for a child so booked this tour. Well 3 hours later our grandson was still totally engaged, asking and answering questions, such was Alessandra's skill in presenting history to children. She had photos to prepare us for what we were about to see or what we were looking at but which was a long way away (ceiling paintings), games, quizzes, and loads of engaging questions. She wavedw her 'magic' pass and we bypassed long lines of tourists and at half time there was a toilet stop and chance to get refreshments if needed. While the tour was child friendly it was extremely interesting for me as an adult. So often guided tours are so full of information that you get overloaded and switch off - not with Alessandra. I have no hesitation highly recommending this tour.
