  • In order to rent the models represented on this page, customers are required to present an ID and a credit card upon arrival to the shop. Clients will also be required to sign a responsibility form for the rented equipment.
  • Said responsibility form will detail the responsibility for the rented bikes in monetary terms. The specified amounts will refer to the wholesale price of each bike: € 2000 for the City E-Bike and E-Mountain Bike, € 3200 for the Full E-Mountain Bike and € 1500 for the Child E-MTB.
  • Upon pick up of the bikes, customers can opt for additional accessories (for an extra cost), such as front bags or side bags, a smartphone holder, thermos flask.
  • We can provide electric-assist bicycles for adults and children aged 9 and older. Younger children can be accommodated on additional equipment, such as a child streamliner extension (ages 5-8) or child seat (ages 1-4). If you wish to add this additional equipment to your reservation, please note it in the Special Requirements field. We will get in touch with you when we receive your reservation to confirm this additional equipment (to be paid for at the shop)
  • Any minors must be accompanied by an adult
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great time riding the Appian Way. They Ebike were in great shape and they were helpful in getting my sister and I on our way. We used the bikes for about 6 hours and had no problems
