  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Horrible! It was so hard to find the bus and no map that was usable. Once you get on the bus you have to figure out which language you need and the volume is terrible. Also when you’re told what sites your passing you have no idea if they are on the left or right or what. We also waited forever to get on the bus. They are supposed to run every 15 minutes but we waited for at least 30. Would never do this again. We only were on the bus for 10 minutes - one step because it was so bad.

Overall, we planned this activity for our afternoon to arrive in Rome after an overnight flight. We didn’t activate the tickets until the afternoon, so we were able to use them the next day. Rome was extremely warm during our visit and some of our group did not tolerate as well. Due to the traffic it did take a long time to do the who cycle, so that would be my only complaint. Good approach to see the city and get your bearings.

24-hour ticket doesn’t mean 24 hours tour. It is more like a daily tour. Buses operate from 9 AM to 8:30 PM, but some locations end at 6:30 PM. Our yellow line bus was late almost 1 hour. Read the fine print.
