Awful customer service and not worth the money. There were protests and strikes on day 1 of our 48 hour ticket. Although this is beyond their control they didn’t give us any information and went a different route shown on the map. We ended up missing a pre-booked tour (& losing a lot of money). I tried to find out information along the way but the only member of staff was the driver who didn’t speak English,

We booked this service for two days, got to the bus stop in plenty of time to get to the Vatican, bus didn’t turn up for 1 hr 30m and we missed our slot at the Vatican losing around £90, absolutely gutted, there was a general strike on the day but we saw other buses, green bus, big red bus etc had plenty of buses that passed the stop, couldn’t get a taxi because of the strike, probably won’t use them again unless we see some compensation, never got to the Vatican on the other days cos couldn’t get a booking.

Avoid this service if you can. It may be cheaper than other hop-on hop-off buses, but there’s a reason for that — and not a good one. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes (or more) for a bus to show up, while buses from other companies pass by frequently.
We purchased a 48-hour ticket, but the long wait times almost caused us to miss a scheduled tour at the Vatican. We ended up having to take a taxi instead and didn’t use the bus at all that day. When we contacted the company to request a refund, they simply refused and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused.
Save yourself the stress and just go with Big Bus or another reliable operator. This one isn’t worth the hassle, no matter the price.
