We had three private transfers with Rome Cabs and they were all PERFECT! The first was from our Rome Airbnb to Civitavecchia Cruise Terminal. The driver, Radu, picked us up promptly right outside the apartment, and dropped us right at our ship where we walked through the terminal doors and directly to check in for the ship. I was traveling with my 87 year old mother and it could not have been any easier! Rome Cabs were kind enough to send us the courteous, kind and helpful Radu for our second and third transfers as well, truly great and thoughtful customer service! Radu was waiting for us when we came out of the cruise terminal for our transfer back to Rome and even found the luggage storage place we needed to utilize before check in our next Airbnb. He then picked us up right outside the Airbnb a few days later for our transfer to FCO airport. Always on time, great vehicles, wonderfully professional driver- there could not have been a better experience! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Rome Cabs to anyone visiting Rome!!!

We used Rome Cabs for our transfers from the Rome airport to our hotel and from our hotel to the cruise ship. Pickup at the airport was seamless, our driver was a delight. From our hotel to the cruise ship- Hubs and I were dazzled by the brand new HUGE Mercedes transport van and we were the only passengers! We were dropped off right at the docks under an overhang which was much appreciated since it was raining cats and dogs. Our driver was very professional and courteous. HIGHLY recommend Rome Cabs!

We used Rome Cabs for travel from the airport to our hotel in downtown Rome and again from our hotel to the cruise port. The process was amazing and smooth as silk both times. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign clearly displayed so as soon as we picked up our luggage we were greeted and driven to the hotel. The day of our travel to the cruise port was a holiday and the roads immediately in front of our hotel were closed. We received an early morning text explaining that our driver would be at the hotel a little early and when he arrived, he took our larger suitcases and escorted us a short distance to where he had parked the car. He also pointed out some beautiful sights along the way to the port. The communication and service couldn't have been better! I highly recommend using Rome Cabs for reliable, courteous service.
