    I gave this a 4 star because Viator misrepresented the places we would see on the tour. What we did see was amazing!! Our tour guide was wonderful!! Guilia was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job with all the details at the colloseum. But, this tour did not include the Vatican museums. We did not get to see the Sistine Chapel and that was very disappointing because we were so looking forward to it. Our stay in Rome was brief and we thought we had everything scheduled to see as much as possible. Unfortunately, Viator messed this one up.

    Hector was excellent. Very informative. The tour was a little too long especially in the heat of the afternoon. Needed to be cut by 1 hr.
