What a great introduction to Roman food with Francesca, a wonderful guide. We thoroughly enjoyed all the tastings at the small shops (meat and cheese, pork, suppli, etc). The pasta-making was so much fun for everyone, even for those of us who have done it before. We had plenty of time to make it from scratch, roll it, cut it (using different tools), and then eat it, and wow was it delicious. The kids loved it.
