From creating the perfect dough from scratch to understanding the best ingredients used that seasons offer for toppings / stuffing. The class was great, very nice people but its not what I read on line. The description of the class was different than what we experienced. Not sure if we got switched or something else but it was different than what I read.

Der Kochkurs war das absolute Highlight unseres Urlaubs in Rom. Neben den tollen Tipps zum Kochen, waren die Restaurantbesitzer unglaublich gastfreundlich und herzlich. Sie haben sogar eine alternative Nachspeise für mich parat gehabt, da ich aufgrund meiner Schwangerschaft kein Tiramisu essen durfte.

This was a wonderful experience for our family. We learned so much, and Stephan from Via Rilla was awesome. It was obvious that he really cared that we all left there being better cooks and having the knowledge we needed to be able to cook his amazing dishes after we left the class. He even gave us his card if we had questions once we got back home! I couldn’t recommend highly enough, one of my favorite parts of our whole trip!
