    Fraudulent Tour Operator! Beware! Private tour operator never arrived at hotel for pickup and was holding our entrance tickets. The number for the tour operator was a private residence. The resident complained of receiving multiple phone calls for other guests. Unable to book another tour to see the Colosseum during our stay. Waiting for a full refund!
