Mauro was a great guide, knows the history of and highlights of Rome.
Unfortunately, on out last stop - the Colosseum, he dropped me off and as we did on the Capitoline Hill, O was to meet him at the end of my walk around the site. I finished and I didn't find him and the van. I have walked around the area where he said he would be waiting for at least 3 times back and forth. I had to walk back to my hotel.
How is this possible? Tried contacting this company through the number provided in their site but no answer.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
