From Airport: Follow the instructions to the exit and go to one of the spaces assigned as "Meeting Point", the driver will be waiting for you there.

From Hotel: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
