    Our tour guide was very nice and informative. However, the audio system we used was TERRIBLE! The earbuds provided a very tinny sound, and it was difficult to understand the guide. She had a very thick accent, and we would have benefitted from her slowing down. One of our fellow travellers did complain about the earbuds and the company sent another set to him, but they are just crappy, so he finally used his own and it was helpful. Guides need to remember that even though this was an English speaking tour, there are some where English is actually their second language. Slow down in your speaking. Stop and turn towards your audience so that they can see you speaking. There are lots of people around, so the ambient noise doesn't help. The tour itself was wonderful. It was the communication that lacked.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I am 5 months pregnant and my husband and I checked into the tour at 9:30 AM and when we started the tour I started to feel very nauseous, sharp abdominal cramping and vomited. I notified the tour attendant and she said she told us to email the company and that she would notify the City Walker representative to help us reschedule the tour. Mert, the representative who we connected via email told us that we needed to pay extra $30 Euros per person to reschedule and would not refund the initial tickets because the tickets have already "expired." This is terrible business service. The tour is 3 hours walking in the hot sun and they will not provide refunds and charge you extra to help rebook the tour. The City Walkers company appears to work more like a scam than a qualified business with integrity to help customers in health situations.
