Its course takes it over parts of the Forum of Trajan, Forum of Augustus and Forum of Nerva, parts of which can be seen on both sides of the road. Since the 1990s, there has been a great deal of archeological excavation on both sides of the road, as significant Imperial Roman relics remain to be found underneath it.

The guide, Daniel, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. The tour path was well thought out and skip the line tickets were worth it. While the pick up was a good idea, we were told to be ready at 13:30 and were not picked up until 14:15. Otherwise, would have been 5/5!

Our guide Caro, I’m Probably spelling her name wrong, sorry, she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, patient and informative. Really enjoyed talking with her and we learned so much.

Eglie (tour guide) was a very nice and knowledgeable friendly guide. She was a very descriptive story teller. We very much enjoyed our tour of the Coliseum.
